What is... Splendor of the Arts, Inc.?

Splendor of the Arts is a Miami-based non-profit cultural arts organization, founded with the mission of restoring the love and joy for the fine arts in Miami. Splendor of the Arts believes that if it insists in presenting quality productions, and if it does insist in offering to our community a variety of “training classes and workshops” imparted by the most distinguished and prestigious professionals in the fine arts world industry, Miami will soon, proudly possess a new professionally prepared generation, an ethnic diverse cultured society, in the fine Arts.

Splendor of the Arts does realize that Miami is overcrowded with splendid talented artists which are being ignored, rejected, and wasted by other production companies. That is why Splendor of the Arts wants to use our qualified professional local talent in its productions and training workshops. Splendor of the Arts wants to honor these artists, and wants to grant them the place they do deserve in the entertainment industry. Likewise, Splendor of the Arts wants to discover and give growing opportunities to the new rising talent.

In fact, it is the intention of Splendor of the Arts to become The Cultural Arts Center and The Artist’s STUDIO for our local talent to acquire, develop, and improve their craft. The perfect place where the diverse ethnic artist can showcase his work, and his talent. A Cultural Arts Center where the professional, and the novice artist in any discipline of the arts can renew his instrument, receive support and strength, can experiment, and keep growing.

It is Splendor of the Arts intention to create The Home for the Artist in Miami (La Casa del Artísta en Miami); a place where she or he cannot only receive help and support in personal crisis, hardships or times of need, but can also share with others his most precious gift, his talent. Splendor of the Arts will insist on using the different disciplines of the arts to instruct, console, entertain, and inspire the lives, not only of the artists, but also the lives of the spectators. Splendor of the Arts wants to be a role model for what ethnic harmony can achieve in our diverse community through the enrichment of the Arts.
